White Belt

Black Belt

For the black belt, six sigma certification the CSSC charge $159 for the basic black belt level and $300 for the standard level II black belt certification.

Master Black Belt

How to get a Six Sigma Certification and How long it takes to be Certified

1. You must first understand which certification level is right for you:

  • You apply online and download an exam application for mailing.
  • Exams run for three to four hours.

There is no limit to how many times you can retake an exam. However, you must retake it within two years of your last attempt. And a retaken fee is charged.

Prerequisites for Black Belt:

  • You must have interest in leading projects.

  • You need to be a Six Sigma Black Belt professional.
  • You must have five years experience in project management.
  • After applying, the training runs for 4 to 5 days, and a 3 hour exam.
