- “Remember, Jesus is the only ticket master—there is no other way.”
- “I have written this book hoping that you will pause and ponder your destiny. I leave you with this truth. You were put here to make a choice. There’s a reservation for you in heaven, but to avoid cancellation you must claim it now before it’s too late.”
- ”The Biblical Gospel is about sacrifice and surrender and most Americans don’t want to hear about it. Where the American Gospel is about status and success.”
- “Right now, we can’t see all of the details and the whys and whens of God’s story. And that can be frightening. But, lucky for us, we know how it ends. I’m not trying to diminish anyone’s pain or loss right now. Whatever you’re feeling is real and okay. But if we had all the details, it wouldn’t require any faith. And that’s the whole foundation of how we choose to follow Jesus.”
- “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8
