Early life

Robert Hunter Biden was born in Wilmington, Delaware, on February 4, 1970. He is Neilia Biden’s and Joe Biden’s second child. On December 18, 1972, Hunter Biden’s mother was killed in a car accident. In 1977, Jill Jacobs became their stepmother. Ashley, Biden’s half-sister, was born in 1981.

Hunter Biden attended Archmere Academy, a Catholic high school in Claymont, Delaware. In 1992, he received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University.
