For those who do not have a bank account, a Quik Trip money order is an ideal solution. Since money orders are a pre-paid form of payment, a person paid with a money order is in receipt of a more secure payment method as money orders take off the fear of bounced checks or stopped payments.
A Quik Trip money order costs $1.50 per $300. Amounts totaling up to an additional $300 would incur an additional $1.50 and so on. For example, a $700 money order would cost $4.50. QT money orders are backed by Western Union (WU) and can only be used within the United States.

Was a great company until the past few years.
I initially loved working here through all of the various positions but due to politics, that went out the door. Pay was the only good thing here. Benefits weren’t bad either until they decided to get into the healthcare business. Overall this company tried to much and it showed negatively. Employees left in droves for good reason.

“I got a job at QuikTrip as an Assistant Manager after I finished graduate school. I worked there for a year and a half and got a pretty good grasp of the ins and outs. I worked incredibly hard while I was there. Yet praise was incredibly scarce and practically nonexistent. I worked nights for a year and worked at over 40+ stores as an ERP. Even when I had the store spotless, the manager the next morning would try to find something wrong. I understand having high standards, but the demand for perfection was crushing many times. The assistant manager schedules there are horrible. They range from 46-50 hours a week and there are no lunch or breaks during your shift. Each shift runs between 8-10 hours. If you have a family or outside social life, forget it. I worked every other shift other than overnightseven the holy grail of QT, the Manager’s schedule (weekends off) and was still very disappointed. I felt incredibly overlooked and used while being there. I felt unappreciated no matter how hard I worked. I was simply one cog in the machine that made the store run. Other managers often put others down. I never understood why so many people claimed to have such high job satisfaction while being there. Finally I realized that the way to be easily promoted is to brown-nose. Say the right thing, sell your soul to the company, and you will be promoted quickly. Luckily I was able to get out of QT and got a job in my field and am incredibly happy. The stress and overload was not worth it.”

Treated badly and looked down on by fs supervisors because you don’t have HVAC certifications even though the position hires non HVAC employees. Treated badly by store team because you aren’t one of them. You constantly have to get in there way to get a job done but they get angry about it even though manager says it has to be done then and there. You only get csa bonus and no profit bonus even though you are a big part of the profits of the store. You are considered store team when it comes to getting fs benefits and you are considered fs when it comes to getting store team benefits. You are not allowed any overtime even though store team is because “there is no reason you can’t get your job done during your scheduled hours” even though some jobs can take multiple days to complete. By the time payday comes around, after the store teams overtime, or after bonuses, you are one of the least paid people in the store even though you arguably work the hardest. Your knowledge means nothing, because of the store says it need to be done one way, it must be done that way and when it doesn’t work then it is your fault for listening to them even though if you don’t listen to them and it does work, then you are in trouble for not doing it how they said and “taking too much time”.
